At Tech Wings Global, I managed a team of engineers, designers and QA testers across multiple client engagements, helping ship higher-quality products faster for B2B and B2C clients. At Trakka, I worked closely with cross functional teams to drive the strategy, development and growth of a B2C expense tracking and budgeting app, helping over 8k users spend smarter across 85k+ transactions from their banks and fintech accounts. Key Contributions and Accomplishments: ✓ Led the discovery and launch of Trakka, Increasing monthly active users by 60% in my first 90 days and boosting the share of users on budgets by 50% through budgets, integrated bill payments and multi-goal savings. ✓ Launched Trakka Pay, driving 10% of all bill payments through Trakka and improving weekly transaction frequency per active user. ✓ Expanded coverage from bank accounts to fintech wallets, bringing an additional 20% of user spend under tracking and improving data completeness per user. ✓ Shipped Trakka Recap, which improved year-end reactivation and drove 30% of users to review and adjust their budgets annually.

I also managed the design and hackathon teams to deliver amazing experiences for our audience and hackathon participants.
